*10% off Regularly Priced Services and Retail Products. Does not apply to packages or additional memberships.

Cancellations
Cancellations require a 30 day written notice emailed to sabrina. There are no cancellation fees.
Lateness Policy
We strive to accommodate the appointment needs of our clients and make every effort to keep on time for appointments scheduled. If your appointment time becomes inconvenient for you, we are always happy to change it if you provide us with one business day (24 hours) notice. Clients will generally be allowed a 5-10 minute grace period.
If you are late, we may not be able to complete the entire treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled in order to meet the needs of those who are on time for their pre-reserved visit. If this happens it will be considered a missed appointment and 100% of the booked treatment charge will apply to your account. Please remember that your appointments are reserved for you and only you. Thank you for your understanding.
